With exceptional sales and management experience behind him, Jay has entered the real estate field full time after spending almost four years at Careerbuilder.com where he had success in many different positions from selling to the Fortune 1000, to building and managing a sales team as the Sr. Sales Manager. Prior to this he was a Sales Executive for CDW Computer Centers, selling technology to companies. He is very excited to now achieve his goal and follow his dream of real estate sales and development.
Jay has a great understanding of the real estate market in Chicago having been actively involved as a homebuyer and investor over the years. He follows in the footsteps of both his father and Grandfather who have provided exceptional real estate service to the Chicago area for generations. With Jay’s expertise both in sales and leadership, along with his family background, he is well positioned to provide the service needed in any real estate transaction whether it’s with a first time buyer or a savvy real estate investor.
A native of the area who grew up on the North Shore, Jay attended college at the University of Illinois in Champaign where he studied Economics and Business Administration. Jay always likes to push the envelope both professionally and personally. He is currently training for the Marathon in August of this year and he enjoys golf and playing the guitar. Jay is a member of the Tara Group, Inc. sales team at Koenig & Strey, which has successfully closed over $26 Million in sales.
